About the Job:
Looking for qualified journeyman/foreman installers for new construction, tenant finish and industrial projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work, developing apprentices, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
What We’re Looking For:
- Journeyman licensed in commercial HVAC/sheet metal.
- Proven leadership experience running crews on jobsites.
- Strong blueprint reading and layout skills.
- Ability to manage productivity and keep projects on schedule.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise field crews on commercial HVAC/sheet metal installations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
- Plan daily work to maintain productivity and meet project schedules.
- Install and oversee installation of ductwork and HVAC systems.
- Train and mentor apprentices.
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.
- Maintain daily reports, track labor hours, and manage materials.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and meets company standards.
